If you can believe it, this quaint home was once a very tiny single story home.
Growing up and out
We updated the exterior and designed an addition for the back as well as a new second story for this house. We were able to add the needed square footage and open up the layout for a modern family-friendly flow. This home gained a new kitchen that was open to its new family room and large backyard as well as two new bedrooms, a playroom, and bath upstairs.
