Portico Property
We designed a full home renovation for this previously stuck-in-the-80s ranch home and added the front portico to draw the eye up and add appeal to the front of the house.
This portico also allowed us to create a new 2-story foyer and centrally relocated staircase. We picked paint for the exterior to bring it up to date and completely refreshed and rearranged the rest of the home.

We designed a ton of cool new features for the home including archways with stained wood paneling, a vaulted master bedroom, and wet room in the master bath. This wet room allowed us to fit a tub and sizable shower in the limited footprint we had to work with while also giving them a great space to bathe their little ones without worrying about splash over. We also added a steam system to this shower!
